We had to get a complete furnace and AC replaced and the 2 young gentleman from Grasser's came out and where very professional with the entire replacement. There was so much to do from sizing the unit to the vent system to replacing of old electrical wires to the housing box. They installed on and off switches to make life easier. Definitely a happy customer! Thank you Grasser's for making this happen on short notice and saving my family from the heat°!

Grassers Plumbing & Heating is absolutely the best! Our A/C went down a day before we were leaving on vacation. We had lined up a dog sitter, but wasn't going to ask her to stay in this heated up house. Grassers came out the same day, what great service. This is the second time we've use them. First time they were able to figure out our AC problem that no when else could. Will be a loyal customer!

I called in tears because our usual service couldn't get anyone out ASAP and we had to turn the water off. They were able to get someone here today within 1 hour 30 minutes and it was fixed and not as bad as I thought it was going to cost. With a house that currently has 4 adults and 2 children one which is a baby being without water too long isn't an option.
